Success is based on strong customer orientation and a visible 360-degree marketing approach. This marks the beginning of the collaboration between Alza.cz and Philips Professional Display Solutions. Alza.cz decided to strengthen its digital in-store activities using Philips solutions and the cloud-based content management software ArtemisOne.
Thanks to ArtemisOne, administrators can handle all technical aspects – including hardware settings (brightness, contrast, color, volume, I/O planning, etc.). They can instantly change content based on promoted products or plan schedules for the entire network, a specific group of displays, or even individual ones. ArtemisOne makes managing the entire network easy from a single central console, with all relevant data just a few clicks away.
A unique feature of the system is that it includes photos from each display’s actual location. The administrator knows exactly which panel is being monitored and at what temperature it is operating. Thanks to its clear and user-friendly interface, it's easy to spot functioning panels (green indicator) and detect any issues (red indicator). Admins can also define configuration files, containing rules that can be distributed across the entire network or to selected displays.

In practice, this network is used to improve communication with thousands of customers at once — whether in stores or at logistics hubs. The displays deliver information about Alza.cz’s services, partner promotions, competitions, marketing campaigns, and job openings. The largest deployment of displays occurred at the end of 2018, but the project continues to grow as Alza.cz opens new stores throughout Europe.
